What you'll do

• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts
• report changes in residents’ conditions to an LVN or RN
• assist with transfers, walking, hygiene, dressing, meals, and transportation to appointments or activities
• monitor and report skin concerns and injuries
• answer resident calls
• follow safety, infection-control, and facility procedures
• protect resident privacy.
