What you'll do

• Attend pre-bid meetings
• review specifications and drawings
• gather quotes and perform takeoffs
• respond to RFIs and RFQs
• provide CAD drawings and assist with shop drawings
• interpret drawings and recommend construction methods and equipment
• coordinate with project managers on closeout, awarded contracts, extra work, change orders, and credits
• travel as needed.
