What you'll do
- Coordinate production tracking with field labor contractor and external teams
- verify invoice coding and track harvest costs by block and variety
- reconcile cooler shipping receipts with packing-house receiving reports
- support food safety documentation
- maintain farm maps
- review invoices and timecards
- verify contractor billing and paperwork
- answer and route calls
- process mail
- coordinate HR events and documentation.
