What you'll do

• Review financial statements and budget variances
• analyze financial, operational, market, and customer data
• develop capital requests and business strategies
• manage budgets, forecasts, sales goals, labor costs, and expenses
• establish scorecards and KPIs
• oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and store readiness
• lead and develop corporate staff and store leaders
• oversee pricing, product assortment, promotions, and vendor relationships
• monitor inventory, shrink, and loss prevention
• ensure compliance and coordinate responses to operational disruptions.
