Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

What you'll do

• Monitor licensed and unlicensed nursing staff and adherence to facility policies
• participate in morning clinical review meetings
• review daily resident change-in-condition reports and coordinate treatment updates with the Director of Nursing
• maintain HIPAA compliance
• assist with performance evaluations
• greet new admissions and families and support admission documentation
• monitor medication distribution and treatment schedules
• provide direct nursing care as necessary.
