What you'll do

• Set survey division strategy aligned with company goals
• lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• drive quality, risk management, and safety compliance
• mentor and develop staff
• represent the company in public forums and industry organizations
• lead business development and proposal development
• monitor funding cycles
• cultivate relationships with agencies, councils, and community partners
• oversee multi-project delivery.
