What you'll do

• Prepare sandwiches, salads, sides, and other deli items according to recipes and standards
• cook meats, seafood, and vegetables using frying, grilling, roasting, and sautéing
• maintain a clean workstation and follow food-safety and sanitation protocols
• operate and maintain grills, ovens, and slicers
• assist with chopping, sauces, and portioning
• respond to customer inquiries and requests
• monitor food inventory and report shortages
• complete opening and closing duties
• manage time to support timely service.
