What you'll do

• Review discharge statements
• represent Rise Up Recovery in court when necessary
• participate in staff interviews
• provide clinical supervision, consultation, training, and support to the Counseling Team
• evaluate team performance and adjust caseloads or assignments as needed
• monitor participant and program goals
• oversee supervisee performance and development
• conduct performance evaluations
• monitor counseling databases
• produce program reports
• review timesheets, expenses, and leave requests
• support referral services as needed.
