What you'll do

• Serve as the primary HR business partner to leadership, supervisors, and employees
• support workforce planning, organizational structure, staffing, retention, and talent development
• coach managers on performance, conflict, and leadership
• lead or support employee relations matters and investigations
• promote employee engagement and change management
• support compliance with employment laws and HR processes
• implement Kelso Industries HR programs, systems, and policies
• identify opportunities to improve HR processes and service delivery.
