What you'll do

• Establish the PMO, write charters, maintain an integrated master schedule, run weekly status and monthly executive reviews, and manage a shared RAID log. Select PM tools and reporting dashboards
• lead PLM selection and implementation
• migrate production bills of materials
• roll out engineering change control
• link BOM parts to approved vendors
• drive milestones, escalate risks, resolve dependencies, and coach program managers and functional leads.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related field; 8+ years of hardware program or project management, including PMO leadership; and hands-on PLM and engineering change-control experience. Battery, energy storage, semiconductor, aerospace, contract manufacturing, PMP, or PgMP experience is listed as a plus.
