The Assistant Store Manager — Events & Activism role is onsite in Beaver Creek, CO, and pays $25–$28.60 per hour. The assistant manager recruits, coaches, and develops employees while supporting store operations, customer service, and business goals. With an events and activism focus, the role leads local programming, staff education, social media and marketing activities, and community engagement, while also contributing to sales-floor leadership and store management.

What you'll do

  • Recruit, coordinate, motivate, and lead store employees
  • coach team leaders and provide ongoing feedback
  • support customer service and store profit and expense goals
  • lead environmental activism programming and staff education
  • plan and execute events
  • support social media and local email marketing
  • maintain store presentation, cleanliness, safety, and inventory
  • train and develop team members
  • manage store operations in the General Manager’s absence.
