What you'll do

• Perform condition-based and preventive maintenance to OEM standards
• analyze line performance data and support improvements
• understand equipment theory of operation
• provide input to centerline standards
• document work orders in the CMMS
• participate in root-cause analysis, plant initiatives, and improvement teams
• support technical training for operators
• recommend spare-parts stocking levels
• maintain a positive, accountable work culture. The role requires a two-year technical degree in industrial maintenance and 2–3 years of mechanical experience in manufacturing
• ability to work off-shifts, weekends, and extended shifts is required.
