The Manager, Supply Chain Systems & Analytics (MEP) role is onsite in Carson, CA. Compensation is $110,000–$125,000 per year. AMPAM Parks Mechanical specializes in multifamily construction and uses a design-build model to help clients reduce risk, shorten construction schedules, and accelerate occupancy. This role provides systems architecture, data governance, analytics, and workflow automation for the Supply Planning & Operations department across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades. It supports accurate planning, warehouse, logistics, and prefabrication operations by improving systems, data quality, reporting, and cross-functional workflows.

What you'll do

• Maintain ERP planning parameters, item masters, BOM structures, and system logic
• administer and optimize KOJO workflows across planning, warehouse, logistics, and prefab
• design and deploy automated operational dashboards
• establish and improve data quality standards across ERP, KOJO, and planning systems
• support a consistent SKU taxonomy
• define and automate KPIs
• design system-driven workflows to reduce manual processes and errors
• coordinate systems needs across planning, procurement, warehouse, logistics, prefab, and field operations
• prepare executive reports that surface insights and risks.
