The Human Resources Coordinator role is onsite in Albany, NY, with pay of $22.235–$27.261 per hour. The coordinator supports the HR function through onboarding, payroll, personnel records, benefits administration, and employee inquiries. Accurate and confidential HR operations help staff access employment information and allow the organization to maintain its workforce systems.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and conduct new-hire orientation
• process biweekly payroll and assist managers with timekeeping
• enter personnel actions in ADP and Employee Navigator
• maintain personnel files
• process unemployment claims and documentation
• create ID badges
• maintain HR and benefits systems
• maintain credentialing and per diem lists and prepare reports
• respond to employee questions about HR policies, payroll, and benefits
• assist the Events Committee.
