What you'll do

• Own adoption, usage analytics, and data governance for go-to-market technology
• manage intake, prioritization, requirements, testing, releases, and documentation
• configure and administer Salesforce and connected revenue applications
• manage routing, scheduling, integrations, and automation
• troubleshoot cross-platform issues
• evaluate tools and vendors
• pilot AI capabilities with privacy, access, quality, and change-management guardrails
• partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Enablement, and leadership.
