What you'll do

• Maintain daily and weekly inventory
• manage cash controls, count cash, prepare deposits, and review invoices
• track waste
• conduct table visits
• direct team members to provide accurate, fast, friendly service
• monitor speed of service and product quality
• coach and train team members
• prepare and sell products to service standards
• review restaurant results and uphold operational and brand standards
• take on level-specific shift, inventory, food-order, labor, and mentoring responsibilities.
