What you'll do

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through demand, negotiation, and pre-suit resolution
• evaluate liability, damages, and case value under Virginia and/or West Virginia law
• prepare demand packages
• negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• identify cases for litigation referral and coordinate handoffs
• communicate with clients
• collaborate with investigators, medical providers, paralegals, legal assistants, and attorneys
• mentor junior legal staff as appropriate.
