The Bank Teller role is onsite at the Wolf Road location in Albany, NY. Starting pay is $17–$19 per hour, and the stated availability is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., and Saturday, 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. The teller supports Pioneer Bank clients and the branch team. The teller provides accurate transactions and responsive client service, while helping identify client needs and referring opportunities to branch colleagues. The role also follows bank policies and procedures and serves as a first line of defense in detecting potentially fraudulent activity.

What you'll do

• Provide client service and solutions
• accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and money order purchases
• watch for potentially fraudulent activity
• follow policies and compliance procedures
• identify client financial needs and refer opportunities to branch colleagues.
