The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager — The Maine Mall role is onsite in South Portland, ME. Pay is $18–$19 per hour. Cherry Hill Programs creates holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families through retail and destination partnerships. Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager helps prepare and run seasonal photo operations, support and develop the team, and deliver a positive Santa-visit and guest experience. The role contributes to smooth daily operations, sales, and service during the holiday season.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• lead by example and reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
