- Complete maintenance and repair work orders involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and building systems
- assist with unit turns and preventative maintenance inspections
- document work and inspection findings
- follow safety and life-safety requirements
- verify smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and other safety systems
- report leaks, mold-related growth, and hazards
- and provide courteous service to residents and staff.
