Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room

Assesses patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management. Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner. Teaches patients/families/caregivers about patient medical condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up measures.
