The Quality Services Supervisor – 3rd Shift role is onsite in Spring Hill, TN. Starting pay is $22.59 per hour. TFT Global partners with manufacturers to support quality, customer service, and supply-chain efficiency. The supervisor directs Team Leaders and Inspectors, coordinates staffing and daily operations, and supports quality and customer requirements. Through coaching, process audits, and problem-solving, the role helps teams meet operational standards and improve performance.

What you'll do

• Provide daily direction to Team Leaders and Inspectors
• coordinate schedules and staffing
• coach, train, and develop employees
• support orientation and performance reviews
• maintain accurate operational and quality data
• complete scheduled Layered Process Audits
• support 5S, ISO procedures, safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• troubleshoot operational issues
• coordinate with customer representatives and Shipping & Receiving
• review and authorize timesheets.
