What you'll do

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• conduct standardized and non-standardized evaluations
• educate families on home exercise programs, adaptive strategies, and daily living skills
• document sessions, progress notes, and care plan updates
• participate in care coordination, team meetings, and discharge planning
• stay current with pediatric best practices and regulatory requirements.
