What you'll do

• Develop a client base in the hydro and power generation market
• coordinate with geologists, engineers, administrative staff, and clients
• prepare scopes of work, fee estimates, and technical reports
• mentor and direct staff
• manage project budgets
• lead technical assessments
• contribute geological expertise to strategic planning
• oversee QA/QC of reports and deliverables
• ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permitting requirements
• travel to job sites in southern and central California as needed.
