The Overnight Veterinary Treatment Technician role is onsite in Richmond, KY, with 12-hour overnight shifts from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. Advanced Animal Care provides veterinary care in a 24/7 hospital setting. The technician carries out doctor-prescribed treatment plans and supports hospitalized and boarded animals through diagnostics, medication, monitoring, and patient care. The role also communicates patient updates with pet owners and maintains accurate records and a clean treatment area.

What you'll do

• Complete doctor-prescribed treatment plans
• run ordered diagnostic tests
• administer medications
• manage patient intake and discharge
• discuss patient updates and financial standings with pet owners
• maintain hospital charges and patient charts
• care for boarded pets as needed
• maintain a clean treatment area
• and monitor anesthesia during surgery.
