What you'll do

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local business tax returns
• ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines
• identify tax minimization opportunities, credits, and deductions
• develop tax strategies and advise clients on transaction implications
• research tax law changes
• review financial statements and provide recommendations
• assist with business accounting, records, audits, and financial systems
• serve as a client contact and provide ongoing advice.
