Team Leader — Community Support Team

The Team Leader — Community Support Team role is onsite in Rockford, Illinois, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Starting pay is $30.57 per hour, based on education, experience, and credentials. Rosecrance provides behavioral health services focused on substance use and mental health challenges. The team leader manages and supervises a clinical team while maintaining a caseload and supporting services for people with serious mental illness. The role helps the team deliver timely, coordinated care through staff supervision, training, quality assurance, crisis response, and clinical documentation.

What you'll do

• Manage a caseload and provide daily clinical team supervision
• run groups
• provide staff training and feedback
• complete clinical documentation and reports on time
• monitor team performance and quality
• participate in the on-call system
• use evidence-based treatment approaches
• identify and respond to crises
• attend required meetings.
