What you'll do

• Actively supervise campers
• support staff performance through check-ins and evaluations
• ensure adherence to state and camp policies
• report and record concerns, incidents, and injuries
• track allergies and dietary restrictions
• report spending and maintain budget adherence
• communicate with parents and guardians
• manage host-site relationships where applicable
• manage supplies
• complete administrative tasks
• ensure training completion for self and staff.
