What you'll do

• Interpret blueprints, models, and specifications
• plan fabrication sequences
• set up and operate conventional or CNC lathes, mills, and grinders
• verify dimensions and tolerances with measuring instruments
• diagnose tooling problems
• perform preventive maintenance
• cross-train on machines
• train teammates as assigned
• maintain a clean work area and follow safety procedures.
