What you'll do

• Follow service etiquette and know menu items, ingredients, preparation, and service requirements
• obtain service ware and stock towels and paper products
• provide towel misting and water service
• assist with drink preparation when needed
• move umbrellas and lounge chairs at guests’ request
• keep pool tables and chairs clean
• pick up litter
• clear and reset tables
• follow opening and closing duties
• attend scheduled meetings and training
• report unsafe conditions.
