What you'll do

• Complete patient registration accurately and on time
• prepare and distribute paperwork needed for patient care
• verify patient and insurance information and payment methods
• help patients arrange payment plans or apply for assistance programs
• collect copayments and deductibles
• answer basic billing inquiries
• work with physicians and nurses
• apply guest relations policies.
