Enterprise Security Engineer

The Enterprise Security Engineer role is onsite in Pittsburgh, PA, within an office-first culture that allows some work from home. Compensation is $127,000–$160,000 per year. Gecko Robotics develops connected robotic, sensor, and AI data solutions to help organizations assess critical infrastructure and improve operational safety and reliability. The engineer builds and operates shared security systems for people, devices, applications, and sensitive data. The role partners with IT Engineering and other teams to strengthen endpoint and identity security, govern SaaS and AI tools, improve detections, and support incident response while enabling responsible technology use.

What you'll do

• Build and operate endpoint management, device compliance, browser security, and EDR controls
• improve identity security and SaaS/OAuth governance
• establish safe adoption paths for AI and other technologies
• translate requirements into configurations and workflows
• build and tune enterprise detections
• lead corporate-side incident response
• coordinate remediation
• partner across Product Security, Cloud Infrastructure, IT, and Facilities
• travel up to 20%.
