Credentialed Montessori Guide Substitute

The Credentialed Montessori Guide Substitute role is onsite in Dallas, TX, with compensation of $25–$32 per hour. STEAMspark’s Montessori program integrates STEAM into age-appropriate curricula and supports children’s learning and development. The substitute provides classroom leadership when a regular Montessori Guide is unavailable, maintaining the prepared environment, established routines, and Montessori practices. The role preserves continuity for children while supporting their developmental needs and learning.

What you'll do

• Assume classroom Guide and instructional leadership responsibilities during substitute assignments
• follow lesson plans, classroom notes, schedules, and school guidance
• observe children and respond to developmental needs
• present Montessori materials and lessons appropriate to credential and readiness
• maintain a safe, orderly prepared environment
• support children’s development and age-appropriate STEAM experiences
• document significant observations and communicate with school leadership
• support Assistant Guides.
