Tax Director — Trust and Estate Oversight (Hybrid)

The Tax Director — Trust and Estate Oversight role is hybrid in the Denver Tech Center area of Denver, Colorado. Compensation is $180,000–$200,000 per year. The position joins the leadership team of a growing CPA firm with around 20 professionals and plans to grow to more than 30 employees by year-end. The director serves as a technical resource for trust and estate tax matters while overseeing complex engagements, advising clients, and mentoring tax staff and seniors. The role also contributes to the firm’s growth, client service, and strategic direction.
