What you'll do

• Deliver food efficiently from the kitchen to the correct table or room
• confirm special food requests with the kitchen
• coordinate timing with servers
• complete opening and closing side work
• assist bussers with clearing tables and restocking dining materials
• stay informed about specials and guest-service resources
• follow department procedures and prioritize safety
• provide customer service to guests and staff.
