What you'll do

• Coordinate athletic programs, practice schedules, gym availability, team rosters, and spring track meet scheduling
• hold a parent information meeting before the school year
• represent the school at league meetings
• recommend sports program additions or deletions
• recruit and train coaching volunteers and ensure current background checks
• coordinate athletic awards
• report to the principal
• be on school premises during home games for preparation, cleanup, and lockup
• develop a parent board and coordinate fundraisers when needed
• maintain uniforms, equipment, medical allergy and concussion forms, academic eligibility, and student and team records
• plan the annual athletic awards night.
