The Maintenance Team Member role is onsite in Cooper Landing, AK, with pay of $16 per hour. The position supports the new Three Bears Alaska store with janitorial services and general maintenance of the warehouse and grounds. The team member maintains clean, safe, and functional store spaces through cleaning, routine repairs, grounds work, and equipment operation. The role also supports store operations by restocking supplies and assisting other departments as needed.

What you'll do

• Clean warehouse floors, offices, break rooms, and restrooms
• restock supplies and remove trash
• operate a garbage compactor and cardboard baler
• complete assigned routine tasks and repairs
• follow safety and security procedures
• respond to spills
• paint, replace bulbs, and maintain equipment
• assist with displays and fixtures
• maintain grounds and participate in snow and ice removal
• purchase supplies and parts using a personal vehicle
• provide member service and assist other departments as needed.
