Software Engineer – Full Stack, Application Development

The full-time position is on Clayco’s Application Development team, supporting the company’s real estate development, design, engineering, and construction work. The engineer turns business-user prototypes into secure, scalable, production-ready applications. The role combines full-stack development, enterprise integrations, security, hosting, and performance support while using AI-assisted development tools throughout the software lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack applications
• build React and JavaScript/TypeScript front ends and .NET/C# back ends
• work with SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• develop APIs and enterprise integrations
• deploy and support applications in Azure
• partner with business users to assess and productionize prototypes
• apply security and architecture standards
• troubleshoot application and production issues
• use AI development tools extensively.
