Reporting to the CFO, the controller owns core accounting and financial planning activities while modernizing finance operations. The role strengthens reporting, controls, and decision support and partners with clinical and operational leaders on organizational planning.

• Lead financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls
• oversee budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting
• partner with the CFO on strategic finance and long-range planning
• implement AI, automation, and analytics tools
• improve finance processes
• develop the accounting team
• ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance
• partner with operational and clinical leadership.
