Forming Machine Operator / Setup Technician

Job overview

The Forming Machine Operator / Setup Technician role is onsite in Spokane, Washington, in a warehouse production environment. Compensation is $17.50–$20 per hour. Multifab Packaging & MFG’s production operation uses forming and trimming equipment to manufacture products to customer specifications. The technician sets up and operates forming machines, monitors process conditions, and inspects parts against work instructions and quality standards. Accurate setup, process records, and timely escalation of defects support safe, consistent production.

What you'll do

• Review work instructions, pick sheets, bills of materials, inspection plans, and customer specifications
• activate machine cycles
• record production and process data
• inspect and measure parts
• monitor for malfunctions and process deviations
• adjust timers, pressure, temperatures, and other controls
• set up forming machines by loading tools and programs and running first parts
• notify supervisors when parts fail standards
• follow company policies and obtain forklift certification as required.

Why this role
