What you'll do

• Resolve complex facility issues
• determine methods for new or ambiguous assignments
• improve preventive maintenance schedules, asset criticality, and maintenance-system data
• lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• provide backup building automation coverage as needed
• coordinate daily work and mentor technicians
• manage vendors and contractors for specialized projects
• lead renovations and equipment moves
• conduct safety inspections and track remediation
• maintain compliance and maintenance records
• support emergency response and facility shutdown/startup.
