These efforts help employees feel welcomed and enable smooth people operations across offices and the remote team.

What you'll do

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding through the first 90 days with IT, Facilities, and Recruiting
• maintain orientation, first-week schedules, and buddy programs
• plan and support company events, including vendor, budget, timeline, and event-day logistics
• administer HRIS data changes and maintain accurate records
• support HR systems, documentation, workflows, and ad hoc projects.
