Construction Technician

Job overview

The Construction Technician role is onsite in Loretto, PA; compensation is not specified. At SERVPRO, technicians help customers recover after fire, water, storm, and other property damage by restoring homes and businesses. The role performs residential and commercial restoration and reconstruction work, supporting project teams in completing safe, efficient, quality work and providing customer service throughout each project.

What you'll do

• Perform construction and reconstruction work
• complete carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, and general repairs
• assist with demolition, framing, and finishing
• address punch-list items
• help track progress and coordinate materials
• maintain a clean, safe job site
• document work
• communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and customers
• assist with quality control and project closeout.
