What you'll do

• Provide inbound phone support

• identify technical artwork issues
• resolve customer concerns and escalate when appropriate
• log interactions in CRM systems
• follow assigned schedules and service procedures.

Why this role

The schedule progresses from 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. during training, to 11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. in months 3–6, then 1:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m. from month 6 onward.
