Order Intake Coordinator

Job overview

The Order Intake Coordinator role is onsite in Greensboro, NC, with stated pay of $22. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., in an office and warehouse environment. The coordinator reports to the Director of Operations. The role reviews and releases customer orders to Operations, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and prioritized before production planning. Coordination with project management, integration planning, warehouse, and shipping helps protect production readiness and customer commitments.

What you'll do

• Receive and review incoming customer orders
• verify quantities, product information, required dates, shipping details, and other requirements
• resolve missing or conflicting information
• release complete orders to Operations
• prioritize orders
• coordinate readiness with project management, integration planning, warehouse, and shipping
• communicate changes, holds, cancellations, and priority requests
• maintain order records
• escalate risks and support status reporting.
