What you'll do

• Develop referral networks through prospecting, networking, cold-calling, and community outreach
• interview applicants and identify appropriate loan programs
• analyze income, financial information, and credit history
• submit complete applications and supporting documents to operations within 72 hours
• complete loan disclosures accurately and on time
• oversee transactions through processing and closing
• meet sales volume goals.
