Mobile Fleet Diesel Technician | 4-Day Week

The Mobile Fleet Diesel Technician is an onsite role based in West Chicago, IL. Compensation is up to $40/hour. The role exists to provide mobile diesel diagnostics and repairs directly at customer locations. The technician contributes to the team by working independently to troubleshoot and repair commercial diesel equipment, ensuring fleet vehicles are returned to service efficiently while maintaining a four-day workweek schedule.

What you'll do

• Perform mobile diesel diagnostics and repairs at commercial fleet customer locations
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns on commercial diesel and fleet vehicles
• Troubleshoot vehicle concerns using OEM diagnostic software and scan tools
• Service Freightliner, International, Hino, Isuzu, Kenworth, and other commercial fleet vehicles
• Complete assigned mechanical repairs and return vehicles to service
• Work independently in the field while managing scheduled service jobs.
