Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Apartment Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Duluth, GA. Compensation is $24–$26 per hour, with monthly renewal bonuses in addition to base pay. The technician supports maintenance at a 239-unit apartment community. The role helps residents by diagnosing and repairing apartment and appliance issues, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. It also addresses building components and surfaces to keep the community in working order.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and heating systems, electrical and plumbing issues, appliances, stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, tile, carpet, flooring, and ceiling leaks
• follow written and verbal instructions and work independently or with a team.
