Construction & Maintenance Field Technician

Job overview

The Construction & Maintenance Field Technician role is field-based, primarily in Seattle, WA, with occasional job sites elsewhere in King and Snohomish Counties. Pay is $30–$35 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist with painting, drywall, framing and carpentry, flooring, demolition, and property maintenance
• transport tools and materials
• maintain clean and safe job sites
• follow direction and safety procedures
• communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and management
• travel between job sites.
