Billing Assistant

The Billing Assistant role is onsite in Littleton, CO, at McDonald Automotive’s Volkswagen store on Broadway Avenue. Compensation is $23–$25 per hour. The centralized accounting team provides financial oversight and operational support to the company’s dealerships. The assistant helps ensure vehicle deals are processed accurately and promptly by checking documentation, preparing title and trade packets, processing payoffs, and reconciling lender funding. Coordination with sales, finance, and management helps resolve issues and move customer transactions forward.

What you'll do

• Review submitted deals for accuracy and checklist compliance
• return incomplete deals with correction notes and update report cards
• prepare title and trade packets
• process trade payoffs and meet daily FedEx deadlines
• record and reconcile lender funding
• maintain deal and customer documentation
• collaborate with sales, finance, and management.
